There are two types of extended warranty available

Extended Warranty Covered by BrightSide Cover

Extended Warranty Covered by Bank/Credit Cards

Extended warrant is covered by bank or the credit card company from which you have purchased the item. For details please check “Extended Warranty Provided by the Bank/Credit Card Company

 

Return Shipping

Buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

Return Policy Terms

We accept return within 3 business days of purchase, following are the terms under which we accept returns

  1. If the item is not as described
  2. If the item arrived dead on arrival
  3. If the item is broken or has issues (other then those were mentioned or informed)

Please note that the buyer bears the return shipping expenses and handling.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
